Truly One-Of-A-KIND Tables

Making Tables Our Way

When a customer walks through our door, we want to help ensure they understand the hand craftsmanship that goes into each and every table we make. No assembly lines, no mass production. Each and every table we make is HAND CRAFTED right here in our Chesterland facility. If you're interested in learning more about how we make these pieces of art, then

STEP 1 - Selecting The Trees

One of the reasons we are able to consistently find such unique shapes in our wood is because we OWN a logging company that operates in Northeast Ohio! As we clear away trees for clients, we are constantly looking for those unique species of trees that can help us make great tables.

When we find a tree that meets our needs, we transport it to a mill to be cut into large boards. Once cut, these boards are stored for a whole year, which allows the wood to dry out. Finally, each board is kiln dried.

STEP 2: Inventory Is Moved On-Site

Once the year-long drying process has been completed, we select the boards we wish to move to our location in Chesterland, Ohio. We then choose a handful of boards to display in our showroom, and store the rest in our warehouse located in the same building.

STEP 3 - Choose Your Table Or Board

When you stop in to our showroom, you're able to browse several tables we've already created that are available for purchase as is OR you can begin looking for the "perfect" board we'll use to create your custom table.

The fact is, most of our work is fully-customized. Which means we:

  • Help you find a board in our inventory
  • We work with you to design your custom table, which could be a solid piece, a river design or another custom resin option.
  • We will help you select the best option for staining
  • We will walk you through your options for the legs of your table as well as any chairs you'd like (chairs are optional).
  • We get to work a creating your table

STEP 4: CREATING YOUR TABLE

Once we have the board selected, we can get started. Some tables take longer than others depending on the amount of sanding, staining and/or resin needed if making a river table. Most of our tables are created and ready for delivery within 6-weeks of order placement.

STEP 5 - Delivery

Once we have your table finished, we request that you come to the showroom and inspect it for yourself. Then, we will schedule delivery, personally deliver it to your home or business AND help set it up in the room it was designed for!
